TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E2829 OF 2022 By (1) Judith Wanjiku Kibaki, (2) James Mark Kibaki and (3) David Kagai Kibaki, all of P.O. Box 72961-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the executrix and executors named in the deceased’s last will, for a grant of probate of will to the estate of Mwai Kibaki, late of Muthaiga. Nairobi, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd April, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of pubtication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
