Nawate Owandati, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Beatrice Anyolo Andati, who died at Shirotsa, on 15th January, 2019. CAUSE NO. 79 OF 2020 By Richard Ogola, of P.O. Box 72, Butere in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ogola Musandu, who died at Bushieni, on 8th December, 1977. 15th July, 2022 CAUSE NO. 83 OF 2020 By Joseph Shiluli Lukhumwa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Charles Shiluli Khakali, who died at Shibuname Sub-location in 2010. CAUSE No. 84 OF 2020 By Pamela Auma, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Kanenje Matingu, who died at Eshikalame in 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
