Box 24-90141, Masinga in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wambua Mbiu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 11th February, 2010. CAUSE NO, 87 OF 2022 By (1) Muendo Muasa Uvyu and (2) Daniel Nzyoki Muasa, both of P.O. Box 40362-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Muasa alias Joshua Muasa Uvyu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 29th July, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
