TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E37 OF 2022 By (1) Richard Mose Nyagaka, (2) Robert Isaboke Nyagaka, (3) Lenard Gechanga Nyagaka and (4) Erick Nyakundi Nyagaka, all of P.O. Box 173, Keroka in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Turusilla Kerubo Nyagaka alias Turisira Kerubo Nyagaka alias Kerubo Nyagaka, who died at oasis Specialist Hospital in Kenya, on 6th June, 2015.
