Box 139, Naitiri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Francis Wafula Cheng‘oli alias Wafula Chengoli, who died at District Hospital, Bungoma in Kenya, on 24th December, 1985. CAUSE NO. E40 oF 2022 By James Khakula Matasi, of P.O. Box 154, Kimilili in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fanuel Matasi Moni, who died at Kaptama, on 3rd January, 1978. CAUSE NO. E41 OF 2022 By Henry Wanyonyi Bwisa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jafred Bwisa Sitati, who died at Elgon View Medical Cottage, on Sth January, 2000. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
