TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E118 OF 2022 By Bemard Hinga Munyi, of P.O. Box 36, Ishiara in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Munyi Mucirwa alias Munyi Muchirwa alias Munyi Muchirua alias Muny: Mwicirwa, who died at Thambu, Mbeere, on 5th September, 1998. CAUSE No. 128 OF 2022 By Raphael Njeru Murwangungu, of P.O. Box 197, Siakago in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muruwangungu Mwendano alias Gaconi Mwendano, late of Embu, who died at Nthawa Location, on 27th December, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenva Gazette.
