TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. B10 OF 2022 By Martin Tedking Isanda, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isabelah Kanana Kaberia, who died on 12th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E59 OF 2022 By (1) Henry Abonyo Ogola and (2) Walter Awich Ogola, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elisha Hesbon Ogolla, who died on 2nd November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
