TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2022 By (1) Johnson Munyao Ndilu and (2) Mathew Muli Ndilu, both of P.O. Box 5023-90115, Kangundo in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ndilu Ndolo, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 9th January, 2012. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2022 By (1) Daniel Makau Mutunga, (2) Philip Muoki Malu and (3) Joseph Mutuku Ndeto Keli, all of P.O. Box 26784-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s grandchildren, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Keli Maei, who died at Kinyui, on 14th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2022 By Joshua Mutuku Wathi, of P.O. Box 1296-90115, Kangundo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sandirak Wathi Nthiwa, who died on 20th November, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
