CAUSE No. E119 oF 2021 By Asumpta Wangari Munyua, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Mumbi Rerei, who died at Mugutha Sub-location, on 16th September, 2017. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2022 By Morgan Joseph Nduati, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Macintosh Mwaura, who died at Radiant Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 2018. CAUSE NO. E78 OF 2022 By Joseph Njue Wambui, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Njer. Murefu alias Gladys Njeri Murebu, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 4th May, 2003. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
