TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. B37 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Margaret Wambui Kagori and (2) Edwin Mwangi Kagori, both of P.O. Box 4322-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hiram Kagori Ndungu alias Kagori Ndungu, who died at Komarock Modern Hospital in Kenya, on 20th March, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
