TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2021 By Obadiah Manyara Ong’ang’a, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naftal Ong’ang'a Nyaora alias Ong’ang’a Nyaora, who died on 10th February, 1988. CAUSE NO. E35 OF 2021 By (1) Methsellah Okemwa Onchiri and (2) Rose Nyanchera Onchiri, both of P.O. Box 2532-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Onchiri Ontweka alias Benson Onchiri, who died at Mesesi Sub-location, on 17th April, 2014. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
