TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E47 OF 2021 By (1) Mary Wambui Wainaina and (2) Racheal Ruguru Kamau, both of P.O. Box 500, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister- in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Wainaina Muturi, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya. CAUSE No. E48 OF 2021 By (1) Racheal Ruguru Kamau and (2) Mary Wambui Wainaina, both of P.O. Box 346, Molo in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister- in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paul Kamau Mwangi, who died at Setkotes. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown.to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
