TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E125 OF 2022 By (1) Pauline Wairimu Mwithukia and (2) Simon Mwithukia Ngige, both of P.O. Box 11, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwithukia Kabue alias Mwithukia Kabue, who died at Longonot Sub-location, on 9th April, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
