TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court mn:
CAUSE No. E8 OF 2021
By (1) Hezekiah Mutukiza Kibui and (2) Miriam Miloyo Kibui, both of P.O. Box 67688-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wambui Kibui, who died at Sokoni, on 21st July, 2007.
The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
