TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 75 OF 2022 By Mary Wangui Maina, of P.O. Box 2535-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Maina Mwangi, who died at Galilee Medical Centre, on 5th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. 67 OF 2022 By (1) Geoffrey Simatwa and (2) David Kimtai Simatwa, both of P.O. Box 52, Endebess in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Simotwo Kapsorot Ndiwa, who died at Matumbei, on 18th April, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
