TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E118 OF 2021 By (1) Joseph Kiprotich Cheborey and (2) Mike Kiprop Maina, both of P.O. Box 28, Kipkabus in Kenya, the deceased's sons, through Messrs. Cheboen Bett & Co., advocates, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamaina arap Chumo, late of Keiyo, Uasin Gishu, who died on Sth May, 2006. CAUSE No. E72 OF 2022 By (1) Serah Kemei, (2) Rael Kemei and (3) Sicilia Jepkemboi Kemei, the deceased's widows, through Messrs. Lagat Jushua & Co., advocates of Kapsabet, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kutwo Kipkemei, who died at Eldoret Hospital in Kenya. on 15th November, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days trom the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
