TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court In’ 15th July, 2022 CAUSE NO. E96 OF 2021 By Jinal Dinesh Shah alias Jinal Dinesh Ramesh Chandra Shah, of P.O. Box 82589-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Anilaben Dinesh Rameshchandra Shah, who died at Pandya Memonial Hospital in Kenya, on 24th March, 2019. CAUSE NO. E39 OF 2022 By (1) Rajul Ramesh Chandra Malde, (2) Rajan Ramesh Malde and (3) Riten Ramesh Chandra Malde, the executors named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of written will of Ramesh Chandra Kanji Vaja Malde, late of Kizingo, who died there on 18th February, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
