TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court m CAUSE No. 17 OF 2020 By Shabinder Kaur Dhanjal, of P.O. Box 85953-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the executrix named in the deceased’s will, for a grant of probate of last will to the estate of Narinder Singh Boor Dhanjal alias Narinder Dhanjal, who died at 36, Dormer Avenue, South Hall, Middlesex, United Kingdom, late of Mombasa. on 30th August, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
