TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2022 By (1) Mohamed Maula Saggaf, (2) Ali Abad Abubakar and (3) Nassir Mkulu Kiboga, all of P.O. Box 81402-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson and great grandsons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of (1) Hassan Nassir, (2) Mohamed Nassir and (3) Ahmed Nassir, who died at Wasint in 1941, 1939 and 1953, respectively. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of ths notice in the Kenya Gazette.
