E82 OF 2022 By Rosemary Ongaya Inguka, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elekiya George Inguka Amisi alias Elekia Inguka Amisi, who died on 28th January, 1991. CAUSE NO. E83 OF 2022 By Rosemary Ongaya Inguka, the deceased's daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Amis1 Nyabwega alias Joshua Amisi Nyambwega, who died on 12th June, 1992. CAUSE NO. E85 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Akinyi Osinda and (2) Hesbon Otieno Osinda, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Osinda Waga Oyugi alias Samuel Osinda Waga, who died on 15th April, 1991. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
