TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 45 OF 2022 By (1) Emmanuel Sikuku Kiberenge, (2) Benson Jamhuri Busuri and (3) Maurice Biketi Barasa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Paulo Kiberenge Welikhe alias Paul Kiberenge Welikhe, who died at Maeni, Sikhendu, on 4th April, 1987. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
