TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2022 By Ronald Machenje Mayebei, of P.O. Box 4, Cheptais in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wellington Kamek Mayiebe1, who died at Cheptais Village, on 30th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. E22 oF 2022 By Peter Wasilwa Wandabwa, of P.O. Box 48, Chwele in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wandabwa Wekhuyi alias John Wandabwa, who died at Namwela, Bungoma, on 7th March, 2009. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
