TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO E14 OF 2022 By (1) Stella Munini Mativo and (2) Muthoka James Mutungi. both of P.O. Box 37845-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Mativo Mutungi, who died at Kitaingo, on Sth April, 2010. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2022 By (1) Benard Mutava Iluve and (2) Patricia Ndunge Maweu, both of P.O. Box 4, Kola in Kenya, the deceased's son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anthony Iluve Nthale, who died at Kivaku, on 2nd June, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
