TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 118 OF 2022 By Flora Njura Ireri, of P.O. Box 99, Karurumo in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Nwidwiga njagi alias Ndwiga Njagi, who died at Kathunguri, on 19th February, 2016. CAUSE NO. E121 OF 2022 By Joan A. G. Njagi, of P.O. Box 24, Embu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Agata Igandu David alias Agatta Igand David, who died at Kyeni Hospital in Kenya, on 17th April, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
