TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E60 OF 2022 By David Githugo Njoroge, of P.O. Box 216, Kangema in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njoroge Mwaniki, who died at Ichichi, Kangema in 1964. CAUSE NO. E61 OF 2022 By (1) Rodah Waithira Kariuki, (2) Winnie Wairimu Kariuki and (3) Martin Maina Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration testate to the estate of Gedion Kariuki Muhira alias Kariuki Muhira, who died at Ngutu, on 17th June, 1997. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
