CAUSE NO. 124 OF 2022 By (1) Mary Kemunto Maina and (2) Joseph Nyabuto Zakayo Kenyoru, both of P.O. Box 352, Ogembo in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter-in-law and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zakayo Maembe Magutu alias Maembe Magutu, who died on 23rd November, 1998.
