TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 123 OF 2020 By Eliud Mburu Mbugua, of P.O. Box 1455-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mbugua Gekunu Gathungu, who died at Bidii, on 13th March, 1990. CAUSE NO. 84 OF 2022 By Agnetah Khalayi Salamba, of P.O. Box 2535-30200, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bernardine Imbuhila Salamba, who died at Savane, on Ist August, 2008. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
