TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E81 OF 2022 By Florence Masyuko Mwikali, of P.O. Box 373-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masyuko Mwania, who died at Ngonda, Kyaume Sub-location, on 14th July, 1993. —_— 29th July. 2022 CAUSE NO. E82 OF 2022 By (1) Mbithe Muia and (2) Nicodemus Nzuki Muia, both of P.O. Box 81-90131, Tala in Kenya, the deceased's widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muia Mbeleti, who died at Kangundo Hospital in Kenya, on 22nd May. 2004. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
