TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2021 By Anton Mutua Muthini, of P.O. Box 1, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Muthini Muli, who died at Mbimbini, on 14th August, 1974. CAUSE NO. E256 OF 2022 By Zipporah Nthenya J. Kitaka, of P.O. Box 48-90302, Kathonzweni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Kitaka Mbondo, who died on 7th September, 2020. CAUSE NO. E259 oF 2022 By Leonard Kinyae Mutulu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kinyae Mutulu Nduva, who died on 11th February, 2015. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
