TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E371 OF 2021 By (1) Jacinta Njeri Kihiu and (2) Fidelis Muthoni Muchiri, both of P.O. Box 90-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Wambui Muchiri, late of Kiambu. who died at District Hospital, Kiambu in Kenya, on 17th August, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
