TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E79 OF 2022 By (1) Benta Atreno Odhiambo and (2) Mary Awino Ongeto, the deceased's daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Ongeto Muga, who died at Kanyijowi, Osir1, on 17th October, 2002 CAUSE NO. 197 OF 2022 By (1) Joseph Agutu Ojowi and (2) Penina Atieno Onyango, both of P.O. Box 530-40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Ojowi Osir alias Ojowi Osir, who died at Konya Sub-location. on 24th April. 2004. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
