CAUSE No. E136 OF 2022 By (1) Kenneth Oduor Amondi and (2) Mary Aptyo Amondi, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Amondi Obudho alias Marko Amondi, who died on 2nd August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E351 OF 2022 By Eunice Anyango Okiri, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tom Okin Samoh alias Tom Okiri Samo, who died on 16th October, 2007. The court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette, Dated the 7th July, 2022.
