TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court CAUSE No. E102 OF 2022 By (1) Zainab Pendo Mohamed and (2) Joyce Kadzo Baya, both of P.O. Box 73598—00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Antony Kidunga Nyaga, who died at Mombasa, on 18th July, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
