CAUSE NO. E134 OF 2022 By (1) Wairimu Wagithethwa Hallmann and (2) Nene Kanuki, both of P.O. Box 82662-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased's daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Johnson Wagithethwa Kariuki, who died at Nyali, on 19th May, 2022.
