TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2021 By Hassan Gulmohamed Shapi, of P.O. Box 34055-80118, Mombasa in Kenya, the trustee of the deceased's will, for a grant of probate of written will to the estate of Kulthum Heinrich Lueth, who died at Premier Hospital in Kenya, on 27th November, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
