NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 1st February, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2033, in Volume D1, Folio 218/2139, File No. MMXXIl, by our client, Elijah Kipruto Tum Hazaria, of P.O. Box 1441-20200, Kericho in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Elijah Kipruto Tum, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Elijah Kipruto Tum, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Elijah Kipruto Tum Hazaria, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to Ist July, 2022 designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Elijah Kipruto Tum Hazaria only.
