NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 20th June, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 2310, in Volume D1, Folio 806/1594, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Veronicah Tsisiche Ndinya, formerly known as Veronicah Ahono Tsisiche, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Veronicah Ahono Tsisiche, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Veronicah Tsisiche Ndinya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at ali times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Veronicah Tsisiche Ndinya only.
