NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd February, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1138, in Volume D1, Folio 172/1529, File No. MMXXII, by our clients, (1) Paul Wanyoike Gitonga and (2) Irene Wanjiru Mukuria (guardians), both of P.O. Box 1209-00232, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Timothy Alexander Kimani (minor), formerly known as Timothy Kimani, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Timothy Kimani, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Timothy Alexander Kimani, for all purposes and authorizes and requests al! persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Timothy Alexander Kimant only.
