NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th April, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1680, in Volume D1, Folio 150/1326, File No. MMXXII, by our client, Suhayla Nyaguthii Githua, formerly known as Eunice Nyaguthii Githua, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Eunice Nyaguthii Githua, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Suhayla Nyaguthii Githua, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Suhayla Nyaguthii Githua only.
