Folio 218/2151, File No. MMXXII, by our chent, Lotoch Lopetangole Lokudokori, of P.O. Box 6, Kapenguria in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Lodokori Lopetangole Nyangongiri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Lodokori Lopetangole Nyangongiri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Lotoch Lopetangole Lokudokori, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate describe and address him by his assumed name Lotoch Lopetangole Lokudokori only.
