REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Wilfred Koikai ole Pertet (deceased), is registered as Proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.16 hectares or thereabous. known as Ngong/Ngong/96069, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 74 of 2018, has issued a grant in favour of Rahab Wanjiku Koikai (ID/1606325). of P.O. Box 887-000208, Ngong Hills, to be registered as administrator, and whereas the land title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, J intend to dispense with the production of a new land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Wilfred Koikai ole Pertet (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
