GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7622

WHEREAS Dennis Kinoti Kimbui (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of Jand known as Ngobit Supuko Block 5/82 (South Imenti), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause No. 1804 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation in favour of (1) Mary Nkirote Kimbui and (2) Wendy Nyeera Kimbui as administrators, and whereas the said (1) Mary Nkirote Kimbui and (2) Wendy Nyeera Kimbui have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. t9, and whereas the Jand title deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the application to registered as proprtetor by transmission R.L. 19 in favour of the said (1) Mary Nkirote Kimbui and (2) Wendy Nyeera Kimbui, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Dennis Kinoti Kimbui (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
