WHEREAS Macmillan Gatia Kabuko (deceased), 1s registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing = 2.11 hectares or thereabout, known as Baragwe/Guama/2375, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the senior resident magistrate’s court at Gichugu in succession cause No. 6 of 2014, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Grison Kiura Gatia (1D/22033033) and (2) Jane Wandama Gatia (1D/3123921), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed. notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said administration letters to to (1) Grison Kiura Gatia (1D/22033033) and (2) Jane Wandama Gatia (1D/3123921), and upon such registration the land ttle deed issued earlier ta the said Macmillan Gatia Kabuko (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
