WHEREAS Macharia Ngundo (deceased), 1s registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.405 hectare or thereabouts. known = as Loc 7/Gathera/2275, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas the senior principal magistrate’s court Kandara in succession cause No. 306 of 2019, has issued grant and confirmation letters to.Ndungu Negundo (1D/372¥012), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the Land Registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Ndungu Negundo (1D/3728012), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Macharia Ngundo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
