WHEREAS David Kamau Kariuki (deceased), is registesgd as proprietor of that piece of land situate in the district of Uasin,Gishu, known as Kapsaret/Kapsaret Block 1(Yamumbi)1292, and whesgas the High Court of Kenya at Eldoret in succession cause No. E27 0f:2020, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of coufirmation in favour of (1) Mary Warugura Kigara, (2)¢vAnne Wagikuyu Kamau and (3) Joseph: Kariuki. Kamau, all of P.@% Box $184, Hidoret, and whereas the land title deed in respect of sth, said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration ofthirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection hasabeen received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production, of the said land title deed and proceed with the production of the said.title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42, and issue land title in the name (1) Mary Waguguru Kigara, (2) Annc Wagikuyu Kamau and (3) Joseph: Kariwki ‘Kamau, and upon such registration the {and title deed issued earlier toytg said David Kamau Kariuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancaligd and of no effect.
