GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 7610

WHEREAS Joseph Odero Oppiyo (deceased), is registered us proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.0151 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nairobi, known as Nairobi/Block 62/74, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 688 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) John Orwa Odero, (2) Okeyo Thomas Odero, (3) Patrick Odhiambo Miseh and (4) David Ouko Odero, and whereas the said administrators have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the lease certificate is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said lease certificate and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in favour of (1) John Orwa Odero, (2) Okeyo Thomas Odero, (3) Patrick Odhiambo Miseh and (4) David Ouko Odero, and upon such registration, the lease certificate issued earlier to the said Joseph Odero Oppryo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
