REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Jeremiah Juma Ngodo, of P.O. Box 59. Suna in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that ptece of land known as Kanyamkago/K awere 11/4907, situate in the district of Migori, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
