REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Francis Wanjohi Mwai (ID/10865705) and (2) Pauline Wanjiku Wanjohi (ID/10959287), both of P.O. Box 210, Sagana in the Republic of Kenya, being the custodians of all that piece of land containing 0.09 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kiine/Gacharo/4274, situate in the county of Kirinyaga, and whereas ., sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the tand register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, | shall open a second edition of the land register under the provisions of section 33 (5) of LRA, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
