THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Simon Kiboi Nguitui, of P.O. Box 312, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.25 hectares or thereabout, known as Euasonyiro Suguroi Block VI/741, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect of the said parcel of land has been lost or misplaced, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and reconstruct the lost land register (green card) under the provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
