WHEREAS Peter Gatundu Muraya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 2.044 hectares or thereabout, registered under title No. Marnranet/North Rumuruti Block 4/965 (Néwranio), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show @yat the trad title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given thet after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall idsue a new tend title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
